The Sugar Beach Resort is set in a 20-acre tropical park located on the west coast of Mauritius about 35km from the capital city, Port Louis. The resorts location on a kilometre long beach and serene surroundings make it an ideal choice for those looking for a relaxing holiday.

The accommodation comprises of 170 rooms housed in the manor house or the villas, 66 Beach Villas on the beachfront and 2 deluxe suites located by the sea with just a few coconut trees between them and the beach. There is plenty to keep you entertained during the day, a wide variety of complimentary water sports available on the beach as well a range of land sports including croquet, badminton and mini-football. Horseback outings are offered at an extra charge, there are also ponies available for the younger guests. If you get tired of the beach or the pool the resort has many boutiques offering clothing, jewellery and duty-free goods, after all the shopping you may need to relax with a massage from the resorts spa and health centre. In the evening guests have the choice of dining at the nearby sister hotel La Pirogue. Evening entertainment is offered regularly where variety shows and the resident band are among the popular acts.

All Inclusive

All inclusive package is available from 14.00 on day of arrival and until 12am on day of departure, all other days from 10am-2am. The package includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Includes beverages; locally alcoholic beverages; rum, punch of the day, house wine, domestic beer, soft drinks, juices and mineral water. Also includes minibar; local beers, soft drinks, juices, mineral water, coffee & tea, crisps and chocolate. Lunch is served at Tides Restaurant, Citronella's Cafe, Afternoon Tea ste menu at pool deck, Beach Trolley. Dinner is served at Mon Plaisir Restaurant, Citronella's Cafe and Tides Restaurant (supplement applicable)


Honeymoon 2010

The Groom pays single rate and the bride stays for free on a Half Board basis valid for stays 09 Jan 2010-26 Mar 2010 and 10 Apr 2010 - 19 Dec 2010. Travel must fall within 9 months of wedding date. Offer is not combinable with any other offers.

The Groom pays Double rate and the bride receives 50% discount on the Double rate on Half Board basis plus free upgrade to Superior room, valid for stays 09 Jan 2011-23 Dec 2011.
